PREPARATION
Your Personal Paint Consultant will walk with you through the home or business to ensure your needs and expectations are clearly understood and exceeded. We will:
- Cover the furniture and carpeting
- Carefully fill nail holes with Spackle or joint compound, caulk gaps between woodwork and walls, repair imperfections -- then sand and smooth to be invisible under paint
- Lightly sand woodwork, pole-sand walls and remove dust
- Clean, dry, smooth, remove dust and foreign matter from all surfaces
- Sand unfinished wood surfaces and edges before painting and in-between coats.
- Remove switch plates and outlet covers - then protected outlets with masking tape
- Mask all adjacent areas as necessary to prevent over spray contamination
- Replace trim as needed
APPLICATION
Whether you’re staying or selling your home, custom painting will make your home aesthetically pleasing and more valuable. We will:
- Apply primer to required surfaces and remove existing paint as needed.
- Prime surfaces due to application to caulk
- Caulk window sills, window frames and j-channel, (new construction only) door frames, counter tops, vanity tops, sinks and urinals to walls
- Apply material evenly and uniformly, ensuring smooth, run-free, imperfection-free results
- Continuously clean all paint splatter spots.
- Ensure the final result is uniform in finish, color and appearance
- Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying succeeding coats
- Ensure paint adjoining other materials or colors are sharp, with clean, straight lines, without overlapping, particularly the wall and ceiling joint
- Clean up at the end of each work day and remove trash and accumulated materials resulting from the work
INSPECTION AND TOUCH UP
Insolution USA takes great pride in delivering excellent results and outstanding Customer Service. We are extremely proud of our craftsmanship – and our goal is for you to love the work we performed. At project completion, your Personal Paint Consultant will complete a final project walk-through with you to ensure complete satisfaction.
We will perform touch ups based on that personal inspection. And, of course, after the job is completed, we want you to know that we are available for your painting requirements. If you need a touch-up completed, we are happy to service it to maintain the beauty of your space.
